US doctor Henry Heimlich, who invented the manoeuvre used to help victims of choking, has died aged 96.
manoeuvre is a life saving technic which was invented in 1974, to help victims of choking, it uses the abdominal thrusts to clear a person's airway.
according to the family of Dr Heimlich, he died at a hospital in the US city of Cincinnati early on Saturday after complications from a heart attack he suffered on Monday,
