TOP 7 PREGNANCY HEALTH TIPS



It is important to stay healthy through the period of pregnancy, if you stay healthy your baby will be healthy too.. please do note that this post does not in any way replace a doctor, it is important to seek medical advise from a professional. here are five pregnancy heath tips


1.Do not skip breakfast.do note that your break fast is your baby's breakfast to....you will need the energy from break fast to carry on with the rest of your day.

2.Consume allot of fluid: Drinking a lot of water is good for the body generally.. drinking at least 10 glasses a day is highly recommended.

3.Do not smoke and don't expose your self to to smokers.. smoking is generally bad for the body.

4.Do exercise..take a long walk to your preferred distance, this will hep you reduce stress

5.Always have a good sleep for at least 8hours every night.

6.do not take a medication without consulting your doctor, some medicine are powerful enough to harm pregnancy.

7.Eat food that contain fiber: fiber Helps in preventing the glucose intolerance which may lead to gestational diabetes.
