HEALTH TIPS FOR SMOKERS



You and I know that smoking is bad for the body. and the only way for us to prevent it from affectig our health is to quit smoking totally. but while you are still trying to quit, here as some tips to help reduce the effect of smoking.


1.Eat healthy. consume more fruits and vegetable..according to research, smokers who consume more fruit and vegetable are likely to be free from tobacco effects.

2.exercise regularly: smoking produce lungs congestion which can affect your breathing ability, exercising regularly helps you breath in more oxygen which increase the functionality of the heart and let blood circulate around the body.

3.consume allot of fluid. drinking water is generally good for the body, replacing your cigarette craving with water helps some times.
Instead of smoking a cigarette when you feel like, you should consider drinking a glass of water or two first. you  might find it to be satisfying, the more you control the cravings the less you smoke.

4.Detoxing the body regularly. smoking can damage the kidney function by affecting the flow of blood around the body, this can lead to kidney failure.

Detoxing benefits the body by allowing it to get rid of excess waste and unwanted chemicals, allowing the kidney and liver to work effectively.
